Simplecafe replaces the windows standard taskbar on XP and Vista with a simple Browser Bar. These buttons can be changed but are set to useful sites by default.

Logoff - Closes the browser and erases any history, cookies etc specified in the security menu .

Home - Displays the configured homepage in the browser, as set in the Information URLs menu.

AGREE - When a disclaimer is used it need only contain the terms and conditions the user must press AGREE before proceeding.

Email,Messenger,News,Weather and Search - Are all configured in the admin menu the can be gained by pressing the admin button.

The taskbar gives four user defined buttons the administrator can set up for applications or websites and alter the textual description on the button via the Information URLs menu.

Simplecafe - will make the main program visible for advanced configuration.

Shutdown kiosk - Will shutdown and power off the kiosk.

Restart kiosk - Will reboot the kiosk. If being used in a cybercafe environment the terminal will retain its credit status.

Screensaver to start - Allows the use of your own screensaver or a choice of windows screensavers.

Run screensaver after - The amount of time before the screensaver appears

Clear History - Clear the user’s data as set in the security menu when the screensaver appears (subject to the grace period)

Grace Period - The amount of time after the screensaver has started before the user’s data is cleared.
